SKAM - DO NOT BUY FROM EDWARDS MENSWEAR!
SKAM - DO NOT BUY FROM EDWARDS MENSWEAR!! I returned some shoes which were never refunded. I have been trying to contact Edwards Menswear for around a month. They have never answered their phone number and have not replied to the 10 emails I have sent from both live and gmail accounts.

AWFUL company!!!!!
AWFUL company!!!!!! Not answering any calls or emails and I am still owed a refund!!!!! They've signed for my refunded parcel from the post office depot but I've still received any contact from them with regards to my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

PLEASE READ before you order
First of all if you buy anything from these guys pay with PAYPAL. If you do not receive your items within the delivery times open a case with PayPal. Second thing they calling their number on their website.. they will not answer, email them .. they will not answer. Couple of my reviews have disappeared. The positive reviews are fake.. I agree with thos who said they never recieved anything neither did I... use paypal so they cannot steal your money. Complete and utter con artists

Ordered Lacoste Shorts
Ordered Lacoste Shorts, received Trousers instead. Contacted them and they refunded postage for me to send item back. They then sent wrong item again. Tried to contact them by email and phone and got no response. Terrible - Do not use.

Contacted Paypal and got a refund from them, if they are still in business, please avoid!

Avoid!!!
Bought a Hugo boss belt from them, it was a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. Firstly they sent the wrong size. To their credit, I returned the belt & they sent me a new one and refunded my return postage costs. It was after that, that things went wrong. The belt sadly didn’t fit. I emailed twice & asked to return the belt for a bigger size. I sent the belt back & never heard from the again. Despite several calls ( unanswered ) & chase up emails to them. I fortunately paid via PayPal. I opened a case against them & got refunded. My guess would be, they have gone bust. I still see they have their website up & they are still sending emails out to those on their mailing list. I would now avoid ordering from them. You won’t get any items you order!!

Poor service
Bought a pretty green jacket but attachment (button throat latch) missing. Did get any answer to my email asking if I wanted it posted out. I said yes but have yet to receive it. Have emailed and phoned - no answer. Used messenger - could see my message had been read - still waiting on the piece. Reluctant to return the jacket as I don't want to be left with nothing.

Ordered a jacket in the wrong size by accident so tried to call during opening hours but the phoneline just rings and rings before being terminated. Three emails sent explaining the situation and trying to correct the order before its processed but no response to date. Some communication would be great...

I have ordered two T-shirts for my husband straight away money transferred. After waiting three weeks dispatched and delivered one . I requested a refund for the other one but all my emails and calls have gone unanswered, would not recommend, very very poor service .

My wife ordered a coat 2 weeks ago. The money was taken from her account right away with postage paid and it has not arrived. Phoned and e.mailed numerous times but nobody is answering. Will be reporting this to Trading Standards and my bank. Think we have been treated shoddily by this firm. Would not recommend.

We too have had no reply from the…
We too have had no reply from the telephone number nor the email and they recived the 'signed for' returned jeans for a refund on the 11th January 2020 so we know they have recieved them. Appauling customer service.

I ordered a pair of jeans and to be fair they were dispatched and delivered in a timely fashion. However, they dispatched the wrong size and although they refunded the original postage, it has cost me more to return them. Upon receiving the returned goods I was told the size I originally ordered was not in stock. I requested a refund and I'm still waiting for it. To date my emails and calls have gone unanswered.
